You've had persistent pain for a long time, you rest poorly or your body just won't recover no matter how hard you try.
When the nervous system stays on alert, pain persists even though the injury is gone. And poor rest makes everything worse.
NESA applies non-invasive microcurrents to help regulate the autonomic nervous system. We integrate it with physiotherapy to support your recovery.
When NESA can help you
- Chronic pain that doesn't ease with other treatments
- Rest problems and unrefreshing sleep
- A feeling of fatigue or not recovering
- Sustained stress with constant muscle tension
- Functional digestive or urinary discomfort
- Slow recovery after effort or injury
What a NESA session is like
- 01
Assessment
We look at your case and check whether NESA is right for you and how it fits with your treatment.
- 02
Heart rate variability measurement
We measure your heart rate variability with a Polar band and/or Wecardio, to see how your nervous system is doing before we start.
- 03
Placing the electrodes
Small pads are placed on your hands, feet and neck area. There are no needles and nothing invasive.
- 04
A comfortable session
During the session you just have to relax. The microcurrents are very low intensity and don't bother you.
- 05
Follow-up
We review how you respond session by session and adjust the plan alongside the rest of your treatment.

What patients usually ask us
Does NESA hurt?
No. It works with very low-intensity microcurrents. Most patients describe the session as very relaxing.
Is it compatible with my physiotherapy treatment?
Yes, in fact the usual thing is to combine them. NESA supports manual treatment and exercise, it doesn't replace them.
How many sessions do I need to start?
We always start with 12 sessions, done over a month to six weeks, 2-3 a week depending on your availability. That's the minimum to start regulating the nervous system.
How many sessions will I need in total?
It depends on your case: we work by objectives. We measure your heart rate variability and, together with your clinical history, adjust the number of sessions.
